Academic Dean Uriah Kim to Join Graduate Theological Union in 2017

Academic Dean Uriah Kim has announced that he will be leaving Hartford Seminary at the end of 2016 to take a position with his alma mater, Graduate Theological Union of Berkeley, California, where he will be Dean and Vice President for Academic Affairs and John Dillenberger Professor of Biblical Studies.

Pillars Fund Awards $25,000 Grant to Islamic Chaplaincy Program

Hartford Seminary Appoints Professor of Islamic Studies and Christian-Muslim Relations

Hartford Seminary is pleased to announce the appointment of the Rev. Dr. David D. Grafton as Professor of Islamic Studies and Christian-Muslim Relations. Dr. Grafton will join the faculty of the Seminary’s Macdonald Center for Islamic Studies and Christian-Muslim Relations.

Seminary Awards Tuition Prizes for 2015 Outstanding Papers

Hartford Seminary has awarded three prizes to four different recipients for outstanding papers from the calendar year 2015, as announced by Academic Dean Uriah Kim this week. Current students’ papers are nominated by Hartford Seminary faculty and award winners receive a course tuition waiver.
