Maggie Siddiqi, who graduated from Hartford Seminary’s Islamic Chaplaincy Program in 2016, has been named the Director of the Faith and Progressive Policy Initiative of the Center for American Progress, the Washington, D.C.-based organization announced this week.

Student Spotlight: Historic Call for the Rev. Erica Thompson

The Rev. Erica Thompson, a student in Hartford Seminary’s Doctor of Ministry program, was called on Dec. 2 as the senior minister of Asylum Hill Congregational Church in Hartford. The Rev. Thompson is the first woman to lead the 150-year-old church, which has a rich history.
