Board of Trustees Welcomes Three New MembersJune 20, 2023
The Hartford International University Board of Trustees welcomed three new members at the Annual Meeting on June 20. Each of them was elected to a three-year term. Dr. Lisa Dahill was elected to a two-year term as a Faculty Trustee, and these board members were each re-elected to three-year terms: Peter Kelly, Shakeeb Alam, John Cordani, Trudie Prior, and Naseem Shaikh.

Dr. Amy-Jill Levine Receives Major Interfaith Award from Archbishop of CanterburyJune 22, 2023
Dr. Amy-Jill Levine, HIU's Rabbi Stanley M. Kessler Distinguished Professor of New Testament and Jewish Studies, has received the Hubert Walter Award for Reconciliation and Interfaith Cooperation from the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend and Right Honourable Justin Welby.

Dr. Janet F. Fuller, who has extensive experience as a chaplain and an educator of chaplains, will be the new Co-Director of the Master of Arts in Chaplaincy (MAC) program, joining Co-Director Dr. Bilal Ansari.
