With a Customer Service Orientation, Khalil Abdullah '19 Brings His Skills to Dartmouth College

For a decade, Khalil Abdullah, MA ’19, worked as the manager of a Starbucks and a regional trainer for Barnes and Noble. He devoted himself to coffee and customer service, calling it his ministry.
