Post Election Retreat: A Gathering of Healing, Hope and Unity

PLEASE NOTE: THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE SPIRITUAL LIFE CENTER, 76 SHERMAN STREET, HARTFORD.

This election season has been like no other. No matter where you stand on the political spectrum, the atmosphere of discord and divisiveness has burned out many of us. And yet, Hope and Joy still emerge – they simply cannot be contained!

Join us on November 9 for a Post Election Retreat that will offer a series of stand-alone sessions to help refresh your spirit with affirming, healing, nurturing energy. Drop in for the day, or an hour, and attend the sessions that speak to you.

Morning Sessions (each 1 hour): 

1. Opening Ritual & Caring Circle – a time to share what’s on our hearts
2. Circle of Grief
3. Music of Hope

Lunch Gathering (Bring a brown bag lunch. Snacks and beverages will be provided.) 

Afternoon Sessions: 

1. Listening to the Wild
2. Quiet Contemplation Music Meditation (harp, flute)
3. Drumming Circle
4. Closing

Walk the Labyrinth as You Wish

The labyrinth will be available to walk whenever you wish.
