The current student support schedule is as follows:
Mondays: 3pm-5pm
Tuesdays: 3pm-5pm (remote support assistance)
Wednesdays: 3pm-5pm
Thursdays: 3-5pm (remote support assistance)
Please Note: HIU Technical support is unable to assist with personal device/hardware support. Any support tickets submitted outside of student support hours will be responded to during student support hours the next business day. Support requests are responded to by email or phone where possible.
