Professor Miriam Therese Winter to Give Plenary at The Hymn Society Conference

Miriam Therese Winter, Faculty Associate in Transformative Leadership and Spirituality, will give a plenary session on Monday, July 13, for the annual conference of The Hymn Society.

Her talk is titled, “The Singer, the Song, and the Singing: Sung Praise in a Quantum Universe.”

Professor Winter is a prolific writer of hymns and worship songs, known worldwide for hits such as “Joy Is Like the Rain.”

The Hymn Society’s mission in the United States and Canada is to encourage, promote, and enliven congregational singing.
