Where to Attend a Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration

Hartford Seminary will be closed on Monday, Jan. 21, for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We encourage everyone to find a way to celebrate the life of the civil rights icon during the long weekend that honors him.

Many places of worship will hold special events, including the annual event at the 3,000-seat First Cathedral in Bloomfield on Sunday, Jan. 20, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
