Connecticut Jewish Ledger Features Hartford Seminary Outreach, New Hires

The Connecticut Jewish Ledger published a comprehensive package of articles about Hartford Seminary in its April 18 edition, both online and in print.
The first story -- Hartford Seminary Reaches Out to Connecticut's Jewish Community -- highlights Hartford Seminary's push to recruit more Jewish students. The Seminary has long been known for its expertise in Christian-Muslim relations, but has been working to increase representation for the third leg of the Abrahamic stool.
The second story -- Hartford Seminary’s New Jewish Studies Prof Finds the Local Jewish Community Warm and Welcoming (But Will Someone Turn on the Heat?) -- focuses on Dr. Deena Grant, Associate Professor of Jewish Studies and holder of the Jewish Studies Chair.
The third story -- Joel N. Lohr: Hartford Seminary’s Next President -- is the announcement that Dr. Joel Lohr will replace President Heidi Hadsell, who is retiring.
