Professor Najib Awad Interviewed on Al-Jazeera

Professor Najib Awad participated in an Arabic language talk show called “From Washington” that was broadcast on Al-Jazeera TV. The subject was Islamophobia and Anti-Semitism in Donald Trump’s America and can be viewed at this link.

In the interview, Professor Awad argued that recent incidents at Jewish cemeteries and Muslim places of worship are but bits and pieces in a much larger and much more dangerous picture.  The White House, he said, is fostering a “creative chaos” strategy. The issue is not about atrocity toward religions, he said, but about imposing chaos on the scene to make a radical change in what defines America as “America.”
