Inspired with Liz | Mbeki Yunana ’22 Uses Peacebuilding Skills to Work with Refugees

Mbeki Yunana, an international alum, discusses how HIU’s Master of Arts in International Peacebuilding led her to her current job as a cultural companionship coordinator at a nonprofit. The position entails recruiting and training Americans to be companions to immigrants, introducing them into American society. Yunana expresses how HIU changes lives and how grateful she is that the degree created an opportunity to get this job.
