HIU Welcomes New Executive Assistant to the President

Hartford International University is pleased to welcome Sioux Wilusz as the new Executive Assistant to President Joel N. Lohr.
“I’m thrilled to be joining the staff at Hartford International University as President Lohr’s Executive Assistant, and look forward to collaborating with the staff, faculty, and students in this creative and diverse institution,” Sioux said.
She comes from Collinsville, CT, and served in the same capacity at the Southern New England Conference of the United Church for Christ from 2015 to 2020. In this organization, Sioux coordinated conference-wide tasks and projects over three states, involving relationships with three presidents, 600+ churches,1,200 authorized ministers, and 60 staff, among other duties. Her most recent work experience was as a Program and Account Manager at The Markens Group in Springfield, MA.
Sioux holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Organizational Management from Charter Oak State College.
She has volunteered for over 20 years in multiple organizations, including the American Red Cross, Cat Connection, and Interfaith Immigration Rights Protest March.
